About the company

Established in 2016 at Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor Haosen Chen’s research group focuses on intelligent implantable sensing for electrochemical energy storage under China’s low-carbon strategy. Integrating theory, design, experiments, and manufacturing, the team addresses lithium-ion battery safety, stability, and efficiency. Innovations include multi-type sensors for complex environments, battery-sensor integration, low-power wireless data acquisition, and intelligent monitoring systems. The team also developed a multiphysics framework coupling electrochemical, mechanical, and thermal interactions, along with image-based finite-element models enabling multiscale simulation. Having cultivated numerous researchers, their sensing technologies and software have been adopted by multiple domestic energy enterprises. Future efforts will advance smart sensing applications to support sustainable industry growth.
