Qingyuan Heyi (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliate (Beijing Qingyuan Feikong Energy Technology Co., Ltd.) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in flywheel energy storage. It provides frequency regulation and power quality solutions for renewable stations, grids, and data centers. Its core technology and personnel, originating from Tsinghua University, hold complete IP rights. With 30 years of deep-tech engagement, the team has contributed to national projects during the "12th" and "13th Five-Year Plan" periods. Currently leading a "14th Five-Year Plan" national R&D project, it has developed 1.5MW and 6MW flywheel products. Both have passed factory tests and obtained authoritative third-party certification, addressing insufficient inertia and high-frequency regulation needs in renewable-dominated grids. The outcomes will be demonstrated in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Guizhou, and Zhangjiakou.
