National Center of Inspection and Testing on Advanced Energy Storage Products Quality (Jiangsu) (CEST for short) is affiliated with the Wuxi Inspection, Testing and Certification Research Institute . The center was approved for establishment in 2018 and obtained CNAS and CMA certifications in 2020. It passed the acceptance of the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2023 and was officially established in 2024. In the same year, it was approved to establish the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Key Laboratory (Electrochemical Energy Storage).The center covers an area of 9,200 square meters, with equipment investment of 88 million yuan (430 sets), and has a testing and inspection research team led by professor-level senior engineers, and mainly composed of doctors and masters.
